We had 1414 Gaylord Street, Denver, CO 80206 under contract during the June-July timeframe of 2020. As part of the
real-estate purchase process we requested an inspection from HIE Consulting Engineers, which was performed on 7/7/2020. We were
rather surprised to learn the state of the house was quite different from that portrayed by earlier inspections
disclosed to us by the current owner and subsequently walked away from the contract.
